SC. 01 EXT. Unit base — Dawn

A crew you do not have to assemble.

Your Croo is an ongoing relationship: dedicated people, a shared production system and every discipline your applications need, working beside your organisation month after month.

Behind the work, a whole Croo

Different disciplines. One shared direction.

Good work depends on people who understand how their decisions fit together. Your Croo brings the right expertise into the same conversation, with your operation at the centre.

How your Croo works
The director and client gather with camera, production design and script specialists around a shared storyboard in a bright film production office.
On set, distinct roles come together around one production.
  • Shared context

The crew carries your operating knowledge forward, so each conversation builds on the last.

  • The right expertise

Specialists join when the work needs them, with a clear role in the same production.

  • Continuity built in

From the first decision to the next release, your Croo stays involved as the work evolves.

SC. 02 INT. Client office — Day

One person in the room. A whole crew behind them.

Your lead is never an isolated representative. Behind every conversation sit the operating knowledge, the specialist roles and the Factory needed to move the work forward.

You talk to someone who knows your operation. The crew behind them brings whatever the next decision calls for.

The disciplines

Expertise when the work calls for it.

Each discipline enters the work when it is needed. You do not have to source and coordinate them one by one.

    Business process

Maps how the work actually flows today and shapes how it should flow in the application.

    On set · Production accountant

    Finance and accounting

Brings the controls, reconciliations and reporting that applications touching money must respect.

  • Seated beside the camera with a stopwatch, the script supervisor notes each take in a thick binder.

    On set · Script supervisor

    Governance

Keeps risk, privacy, traceability and responsible AI inside the design rather than bolted on after.

  • The director watches a rehearsal on the monitor and signals to the actors crossing the stage behind it.

    On set · Director

    Product

Keeps the application pointed at what your people need, and decides what comes next.

Human accountability

Human judgement stays accountable.

Croo uses AI throughout the Factory to extend expertise, structure knowledge and carry parts of production. Senior experts supervise their domains and remain responsible for decisions and outcomes.

SC. 03 Stage 2 — Season two

A capacity, not a staffing chart.

The relationship runs on ongoing monthly capacity. It moves across discovery, specialist expertise, production and operations as your priorities change, without a new tender for every step.

It is not a software licence and not a one-off project. It is a crew that stays.

How the relationship works

Your priorities. A shared rhythm.

A crew that stays needs a clear way of working together. We keep the priorities visible, the conversations connected and the next decision in view.

  1. Set the direction

Bring the needs and constraints of your operation. Together, we decide where the next effort belongs.

  2. See the work

Review what is taking shape, ask questions and make decisions with the people doing the work.

  3. Adjust together

As priorities shift, the crew adapts. Your operating knowledge stays with the relationship.
