SC. 01 Stage 3 — Safety briefing

Ambitious about change. Deliberate about control.

Enterprise applications carry your data, your processes and your obligations. Governance is part of the work from the first conversation, not a review at the end.

How we work

Governance inside the work.

  • At a desk covered in printed stills, two crew members sort the shots into two trays: the ones to keep and the ones set aside.

    Responsible AI

AI is used where it serves the work, shaped around your context, data, risk and accountability model. Automation is never a goal in itself.

  • A hand fills in the take log next to the magenta CROO clapperboard and a binder of continuity photos.

    Traceability

The work keeps a record of context, decisions, artefacts and delivery states, so responsibility does not disappear between handoffs.

  • In high-visibility vests, a rigger secures a light from a ladder while a colleague locks the equipment cage.

    Security and engineering practice

Applications are built with enterprise software practice: reviewed changes, automated tests, controlled access and separate environments, with security considered at every step of the cycle.

  • A film crew at work in a warehouse at night: the director briefs a worker in a high-visibility vest while the client looks on.

    Deployment choices

Your cloud, your environments or Croo-managed hosting. Architecture and deployment follow your operational, data residency and governance requirements.

  • At the monitors, the director reviews a shot on a tablet as a colleague and the client look over her shoulder.

    Human accountability

AI extends the crew's capacity. Domain experts stay responsible for supervision, judgement and escalation, and you always know who answers for what.

SC. 02 INT. Production office — Night

Privacy law, from the first conversation.

In the European Union, we design with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in view from the first conversation: what personal data an application processes, why, where it is hosted, who can reach it and how long it is kept. The answers become design decisions, recorded with the rest of the work.

This page describes how we work. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace your own counsel.
