What the site is for
The site presents Croo and the way it works. Nothing is sold on the site. Any work that Croo does for an organization is governed by a separate written agreement.

The content of the site, including the Insights articles and the Governance page, is general information. It is not legal, technical, financial or other professional advice, and it does not replace advice suited to your situation.
Content and brand
The texts, images, videos, logo and the name Croo belong to Croo or to those who licensed them to Croo. You may read the site, print a page for your own use and share links to it. Any other use needs our written permission.

Do not use the site in a way that could damage it or interfere with it, do not try to reach parts of the site or of its systems that are not public, and do not send unlawful content or automated messages through the contact form.

Links to other sites
The site links to sites that Croo does not control, such as those of data protection authorities. Croo is not responsible for their content.
Availability and liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be complete, up to date or free of interruptions. To the extent the law allows, Croo is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits a right or a protection that the law of your country does not allow to be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes fall under the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, unless the law of your country gives you the right to other rules or to other courts.
