SC. 01 Stage 1 — Production

The production system behind your Croo.

The Factory is how Croo turns multidisciplinary work into one continuous line: from the first conversation to a running application, and every change after it.

One continuous cycle

One line from conversation to running application.

Not a menu of services. One operating cycle, carried by the disciplines each application needs.

  1. On an empty office set, the director frames a shot through a viewfinder while a crew member takes notes on a magenta clipboard.

    Understand

We start with the work itself: the meetings, workflows, systems, constraints and policies, and the people who live with them. The application follows the operation, not the other way around.

  2. The director and the client study a storyboard on an easel while actors rehearse their walk across the empty stage.

    Shape

The conversation becomes structured needs and a working prototype. Your team reacts to something it can see and test, instead of imagining a future system from a document.

  3. A camera operator rolls on a dolly as a crew member holds up the magenta CROO clapperboard on the office set.

    Build

The Factory brings in the disciplines the application needs: product, architecture, engineering, integration and specialist expertise. AI carries much of the production; senior people own the decisions.

  4. In a dark room, the director leans over a colleague who checks the take on a monitor against the storyboard.

    Verify

The role that builds is not the role that verifies. Every change moves forward through explicit checks, with a record of what was decided and why.

  5. The director and the client watch the finished film on the big screen of a screening room.

    Deploy

The application goes live where it suits you: your own cloud and environments, or Croo-managed hosting. Deployment follows your constraints, not ours.

  6. The director pins notes to a wall board linked by magenta string, as two colleagues at the table think about what comes next.

    Evolve

Going live is not the end. The crew keeps running and improving the application as your needs, technologies and priorities change.

Evolve loops back into Understand: the cycle starts again.

SC. 02 Video village — Take 4

The one who shoots is never the one who checks the take.

Responsibilities stay distinct. Product, architecture, engineering, integration and review each have a defined place in the line, and the role that builds is never the role that verifies.

How the line works

Built to keep the work visible and accountable.

  1. Specialised roles

Responsibilities stay distinct. Product, architecture, engineering, integration and review each have a defined place in the line, and the role that builds is never the role that verifies.

  2. Shared memory

Decisions, context, constraints and the current state live in the system, not only in the head of whoever attended the last meeting.

  3. Visible work

You work from tangible artefacts: structured needs, prototypes, decisions and delivery states, rather than abstract project language.

  4. Continuous production

The line that shipped an application carries its next change and the next workflow. The Factory serves an ongoing function, not a one-time handoff.

SC. 03 Post-production — Night

Where AI works. Where people decide.

AI carries production

Drafting structured needs from conversations, producing prototypes, code, tests and documentation, and checking the work against what was agreed.

People decide and answer for it

What to build, how it is designed, what is accepted and released, and anything that touches money, people or risk. Senior experts supervise their domains and stay accountable.
